Sure, there’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes that our clients never see.

At least, our clients should hope so!  This is a tribute to agents who haven’t quite mastered one of the art of properly preparing a listing even though photography is typically part of our job that clients do see.  I don’t want to post any photos from Austin out of respect for unsuspecting sellers, but here are a few photos found by out of town agents.  Would you like to buy any of these houses?
